Usain Bolt of Jamaica wins Gold in Men’s 100m Sprint Race

World Fastest Man – Usain Bolt on Sunday won the gold medal in the Men’s 100m Sprint Race of Rio 2016 Olympic Games to create history.

Usain Bolt has now won Olympic Gold in Men’s 100m for three times in a row.

Usain Bolt won the race in 9.81 seconds, his seasons best timing.

He was followed by USA’s Justin Gatlin with a time of 9.89 seconds to win the silver medal.

Canada’s Andre De Grasse won the bronze medal with a time of 9.91 seconds. This was his personal best timing.

After winning Gold in Men’s 100m, now Usain Bolt’s focus will be on winning gold in Men’s 200m and Men’s 4 x 100m Relay to create history of being the first athlete to achieve a Olympic triple-treble, having won gold medals in all the three events of Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympic Games.
