A printed sheet contains two stamps for each of the 10 Olympic and Paralympic sports.
This new collection displays nine Olympic sports – boxing, canoe, fencing, football, golf, handball, taekwondo, table tennis and triathlon – as well as one Paralympic sport – judo.
The design of each stamp is such that it shows athletes from each sport in motion and the background is formed by the Rio 2016 visual identity – or ‘Look of the Games’ – with the pattern becoming even clearer when looking at a complete sheet of stamps.
