Mongolia at the 2016 Summer Olympics

Mongolia is a landlocked sovereign state in East Asia. Ulaanbaatar, the capital and largest city here.

Mongolia has been taking part in the Summer Olympics since 1964.

Mongolia will once again compete at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 5 to 21 August 2016.

So far, Mongolia has participated in 12 Summer Olympic Games, and has won 2 Gold, 9 Silver and 13 Bronze medals.
