Mo Farah of Great Britain won the gold medal in the Men’s 5000m event of Rio 2016 Olympic Games on Saturday, August 21 at the Olympic Stadium.
Mo Farah of Great Britain won the gold medal finishing first with a time of 13:03.30, finishing the race first.
Paul Kipkemoi Chelimo of United States won the silver medal in the race finishing second with a time of 13:03.90 to achieve a personal best timing.
Hagos Gebrhiwet of Ethiopia won the bronze medal in the race finishing third with a time of 13:04.35 .
This is the second Gold medal won by Mo Farah at this year’s Olympic Games after having won the Men’s 10,000m race.
