Russian judoka Khasan Khalmurzaev won gold medal in Men’s 81 kg category Judo event of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games beating Travis Stevens of the USA in the final match.
The Russian martial artist won the match in three minutes with an uchi-mata.
It’s Russia’s third gold medal in Rio Olympics, and the country’s second victory in the judo competition.
Silver medal went to Travis Stevens of USA.
Bronze medals were won by Takanori Nagase of Japan and Sergiu Toma of UAE who defeated Avtandil Tchrikishvili of Georgia and Matteo Marconcini of Italy in their respective bronze medal matches.
